Breaking: BAYERO UNIVERSITY KANO, BUK EXTENDED PAYMENT CLOSING DATE OF APTITUDE TEST ONLINE REGISTRATION

This is to inform the general public that Bayero University kano, BUK has extended the Online Registration Payment due date for 2018/2019 BUK APTITUDE TEST to Monday 23rd July 2018.
And Printing of acknowledgement slip will  end by midnight of Tuesday, 24th July 2018

 

Registration Procedure

Step 1: Login

Login using your UTME Number and UTME Score.

Step 2: Photo Upload

After successful login, you need to upload your recent passport size photograph. The photograph must be less than 32 KB in size and must be in either .jpg or .png format. Follow the following procedure to upload the photo (please refer to the figure above).

  1. first click on the folder/browse icon;navigate to the folder where your picture is saved, click to select your photo.
  2. The photo preview will be shown, click on Upload button to upload the photo
  3. After successful upload, a link to the profile update page is shown. Click on it to proceed to the next stage.

Note that you cannot change your picture after your payment is processed.

Step 3: Profile Update

Applicants are to provide their Date of birth, LGA, Phone Number used when registering with JAMB, Email address used when registering with JAMB, alternate Phone number, alternate Email address, Next of Kin, Phone Number of next of kin and Contact Address. Applicants cannot change their full name and state of origin. Applicants can choose the preferred email and phone number to be used in any correspondence, in case the email and/or phone number used in JAMB registration is not accessible to the applicant.

Step 4: Generate/Print BUK Personalised Payment Form (BUKPPF)

After successfully updating your profile, you are ready to generate the BUK Personalised Payment Form (BUKPPF). The BUKPPF includes information needed to make payment through the Remita e-Payments platform.

Clicking on the Generate Your BUKPPF button generate the BUKPPF so that you can download and print it.

Step 5: Submit RRR Used

After successfully generated BUKPPF and using the Remita e-Payments platform a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number is generated for you. The RRR uniquely ties your payment to your application account, after obtaining your RRR, login to your application account and submit the RRR used for payment. Note that submitting the RRR in the application portal is not tied to your actual payment.

Step 6: Print Acknowledgement Slip

After your payment has been verified and processed you can processed to print your acknowledgement slip. The acknowledgement slip contains the schedule (Venue, Date and Time) of the BUK Aptitude. Note that all all communications are to be done using the following:

    1. preferred phone number and/or
    2. preferred email address

you supplied in your profile.
